Travel: Any location over a 40-mile commute from Cobb County or Gwinnett County will require a federal standard transportation addition of $0.65/mile.
All staging, cleaning, and construction must be completed before the media team arrives. Please make sure the property is 100% ready.

- If the property isn’t ready for photos when the photographer arrives, $100 will be invoiced.

- The license is for a single-use, such as listing and marketing a home for sale or rent online.

- A deposit of $100 is due at the time of booking to secure your date and time.
- Payment must be made before the release of all media.

STANDARD DIGITAL RIGHTS
Digital rights pertain to digital media files. In this exchange, the creator would be sending media files, rather than a physical print of the image. Having digital rights to the media means that you can distribute it anywhere in the digital world, but you can’t use it for commercial purposes unless you also have commercial rights.
CANCELLATION POLICY

- Cancellation made less than 24 hours in advance is subject to a $50 fee.

- Cancellations 1 hour or less before the appointment time are subject to $100.
- Cancellation made at the time of arrival is subject to 75% of the package price.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

- Rescheduling changes made 24 hours or more in advance is free of charge.
- Rescheduling changes made less than 24 hours in advance are subject to a $30 convenience fee.
